shit dude. i am so sorry to read this. i had my purse stolen once in high school. lucky for me, there wasn't anything in it. other than something my grandma had given me before she died!!!!

it is the worst feeling ever. i am so sorry. i hope things work out. i hope you cancelled everything before he did any damage.

if it makes you feel any better, i am picturing the little punk being strung up by his nards and spun around repeatedly.

That sucks.

My sister left her purse in her car overnight and someone broke her car window to get it out.

The cops suspected it was some teenagers since the only thing taken was some cash and her purse was found in some lady's back yard.

At least your car was unlocked and they didn't break any windows.

How do theives *know* when we leave the purse in the car, have extra cash and carry our ss cards? Must be some kind of geeky thief homing device. Anyway, I am so sorry that happened. I am chanting right now for the karma to come out and kick this little prick’s ass!

ooooo…I hope they get the little f#*ker! I had my purse stolen and it wasn’t the money or cards that upset me, it was the photos, wallet K bought me, and my favorite shade of lipstick that really pissed me off. If they don’t catch the guy, something will get him sometime.

I’m sorry. That really sucks.

I’m assuming you know this already, but be sure to check all your credit card accounts (call to cancel them, and have replacements sent out) and check your credit report now, and probably in another 6 months or so to make sure no one’s opened any accounts in your name. With your id and social security card they can do all sorts of stuff, unfortunately. And in the future never carry your SScard along with your wallet.

Hope they find who it is and you can get some of your stuff back! I definitely like the idea of talking to everyone about the police knowing who it is.. the guilty party may be shamed into anonymously leaving everything at your doorstep.

I read your comments about mean moms on the blog about not breastfeeding, tv, and crying it out.
