I got married when I was in about fourth grade. We were married by a classmate who was known throughout the school as the priest who presided over all such marriages. There were a surprising number of marriages on the hill on the playground. <br /><br />As a joke, we asked him to perform our divorce in eigth grade, when someone reminded us that my new boyfriend was quite scandalous, given that I was still a married woman. So I guess that enterprising young man was both the school priest AND the judge/lawyer. Aww! I got married when I was in about fourth grade.
