My bedroom is a DISASTER area. I have realized that clutter has bothered my sleep before. Next B&N visit I'm going to look for that book! Thanks!

I am definately going to have to pick this one up. I don't sleep very well not pregnant either and need some help.

One question - do these tips translate into valuable information for kids? I have a non-sleeper that is partially due to her ADHD meds but even when she doesn't take it it is hard for her to go to sleep....

Ooh, I'll have to pick that book up. I used to work in a sleep lab, so I feel like I know more than most about the science of sleep.... but it does me no good to be able to read an EEG when I am lying in bed at 3am, crying because I can't fall asleep yet again. I know that personally, I feel much better when I straighten up the bedroom before going to sleep... so if he's going to give out more tips like that, I NEED to hear them!

I don't suppose he talks about how to keep your cat from stealing your pillow every night? I've tried locking him out of the bedroom, he just cries and scratches the door all night. My boyfriend also snores quite a bit, but the funny thing is, if I shake him gently and say "SHUT UP, you're snoring", he stops.

I will forever envy people like him, who fall asleep in 30 seconds and stay asleep all night.

My fiance snores really loud, but I can sleep right through it and so can my son. I guess when you grow up in a house where someone snores so loud the windows shake you become immune to it.
