The princess and the Jedi

jediandprincess1.JPGBecause we are easily amused and have no lives, (Ok. Ok. Because I’m easily amused and have no life) we (as in “me”) coordinate the dog’s Halloween costume with the boy’s each year.

May I present the Jedi (He’s Obi Wan) and Princess Leia. Why yes, she IS wearing the famous double buns sported by Leia back in the day. They are very difficult to see.

Happy Halloween and hope you get lots of candy and have a ton of fun.

P.S. If you’ve got kids that need school uniforms, check out the Head of the Class. Being that the owners have three boys, they understand the need for quality clothing (that holds up to wear and tear) at affordable prices. They’ve poured lots of love and energy into this business. No doubt in my mind that they will take fabulous care of you. (And no, I’m not being paid for the ad nor am I being paid to say this. I’m doing it because they are friends of ours — they are amazing people offering a great product.) Plus? A portion of your purchase goes toward your school! How cool is that?

That is just so wrong, yet so funny….I had to show the hubby, we are both big Star Wars fans. If either one of our dogs would allow us to dress them up I’m sure we would subject them to something much more humiliating.

    Awesome!

I wonder how long before he decides that’s dorky and refuses? Because I love it–if he won’t dress up with the dog *I* will!

The buns make all the difference. I’ve got a Hans Solo in my house just counting the minutes until it gets dark. Happy Halloween.

Did you teach Seth to say “help me Obi-Wan, you’re my only hope”? Cause that would have been awesome! (we are such nerds at my house)- And Abbey looks adorable!

LAWDY! Do they make this in Humongous German Shepherd size? Oh, to see my husband’s face when I turn his big lazy boy dog into a cross-dressing holiday side kick - my sides are spliting thinking about it! Whew - thanks for this.

    Adorable!
Our whole family—the people portion of our famiy—went as characters from Star Wars. J was Anakin Skywalker, O was Queen Amadala, DH was Luke, and I was Leia. I should post some pics.

My poor neglected doggies. They would have loved to be R2D2 and C3PO. Sigh. Maybe next year.
