Russell Stover: I don’t know how to quit you!

russellstovers.jpgSee this box of chocolates? The entire box may, or may not, have been hidden in a closet (under some blankets) and eaten over the course of three days.

This may, or may not, have been the ONLY food a certain blogger consumed over those three days. Candy! For lunch, dinner and breakfast!

This may, or may not, be what happens each time a certain blogger buys a box of Russell Stover’s candies. Will power? Why’d you just fly out the window? When ya coming back? What’s that? You say you can’t compete with a big ole’ box of chocolates? You’ll come back when the box is empty? Um ok.

This may, or may not, most likely happen again at least two more times this year — especially once Easter and Christmas roll around.

There may, or may not, have been a slight constipation issue as a result.

But I’ll never tell!

Who are you referring to? Why do you keep us guessing? In any case, I hope that poor blogger feels better now.

I may or may not have eaten all carbs on Saturday. (Hypothetically it would have been 2 donuts for breakfast, a pretzel with salt and butter for lunch, and a biscuit for dinner.)

    But I’m not saying.

You just hand the caramels over to me and I may or may not inhale them like Britney with a frappachino.

Yep, that’s me and the Halloween candy……I’m fine as long as it is not in the house. Would chocolate covered raisins help for the constipation or does that combo cancel each other out? :)

I’m so very awful about chocolate.
So……..I stick it in the freezer.

I know it sounds gross, but it makes me work for that chocolate high. I have to eat it very very slowly, or risk getting a chipped tooth!

Oh, plus, most of my kids can’t reach it there! (more for me!)

Hi Midwestern Mommy! I can’t load your page on my computer for some reason (IE sucks, maybe?) so I’m using my husband’s laptop to check it out! Are you going to the blogger gathering on Friday? I’m pretty sure we (James and I) are going. Hope to meet you there!

  • By Linda, February 5, 2008 @ 4:48 am

I may or may not know exactly where you’re coming from, having possibly (or not) consumed several glasses of not-on-the-diet majorly rich chocolate milk tonight.

  • By Heidi, February 5, 2008 @ 8:38 pm

I don’t think it would have lasted that long at my house. I’m terrible about stuff like that!

You’re not alone. I’ve done my share of hoarding of chocolate many times, especially days before the witch shows. My new found joy is dark chocolate. No one else in my home likes it but me so I’m pretty much guaranteed to have it all to myself.

  • By MommyTime, February 6, 2008 @ 4:25 am

Hilarious. I can totally relate. I mean, chocolate….mmmmm…. Also, on Sunday, I ate pizza, nachos, beer, pizza, beer. And rice krispie treats. So, I get it. Caramels in dark chocolate… sheer heaven.

lol that is awesome. i love it

  • By krissy, February 6, 2008 @ 3:01 pm

Well, when you can consume that entire box of chocolates in a hour (like me!)….okay 2 boxes of chocolate in an hour….that will make your digestive system halt all operation altogether for about 3 days! Sad that I know this, eh??

    Ha, Ha….you said constipation….ha ha!

  • By BOSSY, February 6, 2008 @ 6:58 pm

Constipation? You forgot to grease the wheels with milk.

  • By Heidi, February 6, 2008 @ 8:09 pm

See, I have that problem with Norwegian milk chocolate. Except that I’ve now been here for six months. That’s 180-ish days…no wonder my pants are all tight.

So twice or three times a year? That’s will power, my anonymous friend!

    Enjoy :)

I see that you are following the Kristie Diet. I swear that I don’t gain any weight when I live on only chocolate and Diet Dr. Pepper.

  • By Rebecca, February 9, 2008 @ 2:09 am

ooooh. . . now kristie is onto something: chocolate AND diet dr pepper.
